1. Scope
These standards apply to everyone who uses TanTaa, every profile, message, photo, voice note, call, link and any other content or conduct on the service. They also apply to attempts to arrange, request, share or promote child sexual abuse or exploitation, whether the content is real, altered, computer-generated or AI-generated.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
TanTaa prohibits, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including photos, videos, drawings, computer-generated or AI-generated sexual images of children.
- Grooming, sexualised conversations with minors, or attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Sextortion, coercion, threats, or requests for sexual images or sexual acts involving a minor.
- Trafficking, sexual exploitation, or advertising or arranging sexual contact with a minor.
- Sharing links, usernames, groups or instructions that facilitate access to CSAM or child exploitation.
- Attempting to evade detection, including coded language, disguised files or moving conversations off TanTaa to avoid review.
3. Adults only
TanTaa is not available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly allow minors to create or use accounts. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove the account and associated content. If you believe a member is underage, report the profile in the app and contact us using the details below.
4. How to report a child safety concern
TanTaa provides in-app reporting on profiles and conversations. Open the member's profile or the conversation menu, choose Report, select the closest reason and include as much relevant detail as you can. You can also block the member immediately.
For child safety concerns, emailsupport@tantaa.com with the subject “Child safety report”. Include the member's username, what happened, and any message or profile link that helps us locate the content. For regulatory and child-safety compliance matters, contactismail@vixzz.com.
5. What happens after a report
Child safety reports are treated as a priority. We review the reported account, content and relevant context; restrict or remove content; suspend or permanently remove accounts where appropriate; and preserve records needed for safety and legal compliance. We may also restrict related accounts or devices where necessary to prevent further harm.
Where we identify apparent CSAM or child sexual exploitation, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authority, and we cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement. We do not require a victim or reporter to confront the person involved.
6. Prevention and safety controls
- TanTaa is restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
- Members can block and report profiles and conversations from inside the app.
- Reports are reviewed for safety enforcement, and repeat violations can lead to permanent removal.
- We restrict accounts and content that violate these standards or our Terms of service.
- We do not permit the use of TanTaa to sexualise, exploit or endanger minors.
7. Legal compliance and cooperation
TanTaa complies with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations in the regions where we operate. We report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to the appropriate authorities, preserve relevant records as required, and cooperate with lawful investigations. Nothing in this policy limits our ability to act immediately to protect a child or prevent further harm.
